The TLDR. I am in a transition period of my life following a divorce in Spring 2024. My time is spent preparing the house for sale, building a new type of property marketplace and supporting my children to become independent young adults.

I’m preparing to sell my house in Dorset, focusing on decluttering and repairs. Ironically, this makes me like the house more.

I’m working on an online platform called MoversMarket with a talented 24-year-old software engineer, Jack Edgar. Our goal is to make buying and selling property joyful. We have a limited time to show this idea has potential before our funding runs out.

I’m refining how I handle each aspect of my life after starting medication for ADHD for which I was diagnosed in April 2024.

I’ve started a weekly accountability group with friends to keep track of our weight and health goals. I’ve been loosely following the Glucose Goddess’ Jessie Inchauspé advice to manage my glucose levels better. I am healing a rolled ankle I got when completing a long trail run.

Creatively, I have transferred to painting on an Ipad rather than on paper and made a great deal of ceramic art and pottery.

I’m building a public version of my personal wiki and considering changing my first name to Roman.
